Don't be surprised if you spot a herd of cows nearby.
Jai Apartments are located only a few hundred metres from the Noida Greater Noida Link Road, and that is its biggest strength. This is a busy road filled with rickshaws, autos and shared tempos. Security is an issue for now as the building doesn\'t have any guards. Plans are on, however, to sort out this important issue.
Since it is not a gated housing complex, there is no park, but no worries, the large NDA allotted park off the main road at Sector 72 is large enough to offer free space for walks, play and gossip.
