Worlds apart from the housing projects of Supertech, Amrapali, Mahagun or even the NDA, Sector 73 has a series of apartment buildings that can be comfortably classified as modest. These are relatively low-value apartments, but that doesn't mean they are far away from the city buzz. Sharing space with similar buildings in Block B, Dream Home apartments have no frills attached. The flats, 14 in all, come in variants of 2 and 3 BHK. Crafted out of the Sarfabad village, this semi urban Sector is yet to develop fully - it won't take more than a stroll to notice heaps of cow dung welcoming you to a desi style gaushala. But then in these days of organic food, this is a plus - milk and vegetables here are as farm fresh as they can get.
These apartments are located only a few hundred metres from the Noida Greater Noida Link Road, the lifeline of this part of the city, running along Sector 73. Rickshaws, autos and share tempos are readily available in case you want to travel to Noida City Centre, Mamura Chowk and places all over Noida. A Metro station is likely to come up in the near future.
Since there is no RWA here, routine maintenance work are carried out by the builder for a monthly charge of Rs 2,000.
Grocery and other household stuff can be availed at Sarfabad village market in Sector 73 while GIP mall in Sector 38 takes care of all your aspirational needs.
The ground level parking of the building is not adequate for all the vehicles of the building. No wonder, many residents park their cars at any available space by the main road.
At least, this building has some degree of security cover in place, what with CCTV cameras mounted at a few places and 2 guards taking turns to guard by day and night.
Residents take advantage of the large NDA allotted park off the main road at Sector 72. Both kids and adults are seen power walking, playing, and gossiping in this park.
