This Society located in the Golf links was a part of Aghapur village before it was turned into an organised housing society. Now the Aghapur village is right behind the Society. Developed by Noida Development Authority (NDA), it is registered with the Federation of the Noida Residential Welfare Associations (FONRWA). Plot sizes here range from 100 sqm to 180 sqm and it has 1,600 kothis/row houses spread around 10 blocks. It's a well connected neighbourhood with Noida City Centre Metro station just a stone's throw away. One can also avail the services of auto rickshaws and DTC buses (no. 33, 346, 347) from Sector 37 bus stand, just 3 km away from the Society. There are two commercial markets inside the neighbourhood named as Block B and C markets. The Society has a fully functional RWA office with 11 committee members including 5 office bearers who monitor the maintenance related work. The RWA also organises various camps such as eye check-up and Aadhar card assistance. There is a post office and a Homoeopathic clinic inside the Society as well.
Noida City Centre Metro station and Sector 37 bus stand connects the Society residents to the rest of the city. Other than these, one can hitch a ride on battery powered tuk-tuks and auto rickshaws from inside the society for shorter distances
The maintenance of the Society is taken care of by the RWA committee who have authorised service personal to take care of civic infrastructure like roads, street lights, parks, garbage disposal, etc.
The B and C Block markets are inside the Society. These are well stocked markets offering a variety of services and goods from grocery items, dairy products to street food, banks and ATMs ( ICICI, HDFC). The marketplace also has adequate parking space for shoppers. For an air-conditioned environment, one can go to the famous GIP mall and the Sector 18 Atta market.
There is enough space for parking inside the Society. Residents park their vehicles in front of their kothis/row houses.
The Society complex is secured round the clock by CCTV cameras and 15 guards who work in divided shifts along with bike-borne Group 4 security personnel.
There are 14 parks inside the Society provided by the Noida Development Authority along with a community centre. Kids can certainly play, but games like cricket and football are prohibited to maintain greenery and for the safety of everyone.
