The RWA body is made up of 4 executive members and 7 office bearers. A monthly maintenance charge of Rs 1,000 pays for costs incurred for upkeep of parks, sports academy, gardens, repair of roads within the sector, proper water supply, collection of power bills, garbage disposal and other maintenance activities. Residents can avail the services of plumbers, chemists, carpenters and domestic help who are readily available.

Atta market in Sector 18 and GIP mall in Sector 38, both of which are just about a minute long drive away, provide shoppers with a diverse range of products - starting from grocery for your house to shoes for your frisky feet.

Personal garages and empty plots take care of most of the parking for residents while visitors can also find a slot for their vehicles for a short while.

CCTV cameras at the gates and 18 guards provide security to the Sector both during the day and night.

The Sector has 6 parks cum children\'s play areas. Residents take due advantage of these for fitness routines, sit-outs, group games, even as kids swing and see-saw. The sports complex cum academy adjacent to the Community Centre is a prime attraction of the RWA. Funded and maintained by the RWA this academy provides training for lawn tennis, basketball, badminton and indoor skating. Apart from all of these, the Residents Welfare Association also hosts and organises functions, jagrans and fests round the year. Diwali, New Year and such other occasions are also duly celebrated.
