Located in posh Sector 62 of Noida, Pathik Vihar is a 2 and 3 bedroom apartment complex which has 2 towers. The 8 floor buildings look pretty decent. With a calm ambience, the Society has two gates, the exit gate leading to the TOT mall and park.
It isn\'t difficult to commute to and from Pathik Vihar given this apartment complex is very near Mamura Chowk, the hub of transport. From here you can get shared autos, private autos and rickshaws. DTC buses, both AC and non AC, also ply around the area apart from those from private operators. So connectivity and transportation is never a headache.
There is a proper office for the RWA administrators. A caretaker is usually available for any service and information. The maintenance charge per month is Rs 2,850 per month.
For daily grocery shopping and for other day to day needs one can go to TOT Mall which is close by. But the most popular are the street food stalls that come alive in the evenings dishing out Chinese, south Indian and north Indian specialities.
