Pearls Gateway Towers has a small market inside the complex, which comes well equipped with all the daily necessities. The marketplace also has an adequate parking space for visitors. In case of highend purchases and a mall environment, one can also go to the very famous GIP (Great India Place) mall, around 1 km away from the housing complex.

The towers in the Society have been constructed and designed with an earthquake resistant RCC framed structure. These are also friendly for the differently-abled thanks to the presence of a ramp system for wheelchair mobility. With twenty four hour security, the Society is also well connected through an intercom system.

The Society has a big enough jogging park in the middle that has rides for children and an acupressure walking track. The Society also has a swimming pool and a gym.
