An offshoot of the NTPC township of Noida's Sector 33, Samriddhi provides for a cozy nest for the employees of Maharatna company National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd. Developed and maintained by NTPC, the apartments are open to working NTPC employees only. With some amount of open space, and decent gardens, the compound is free from the city congestion. The Recreation Centre of the township equipped with table tennis tables and other means of amusement is the place for fun, gossip and play. The maintenance squad ensures implementation of basic conveniences like power backup, water supply, children's play area, etc. With its own R.O. plant, purified water is assured to all its residents. As for health concerns and medical emergencies, these are addressed by Dipakshi Multi Speciality hospital right around the block.
Hop, skip and jump, and there you are at the Noida City Centre Metro station from where you can get a passage to anywhere in Delhi NCR. Meanwhile, for short distance travel, autos and rickshaws abound right outside the compound gate.
The apartment complex is a NTPC property maintained by bodies of NTPC itself.
Maharishi Dayanand Market in Sector 33 is around the block and so is Sector 22's Spice mall.
Parking spaces are readily available within the complex, but these are reserved only for residents.
Security is taken care of by CCTV cameras while security guards and gunmen make their rounds round the clock.
Samriddhi has some amount of open space, and a few open gardens and play area within its walls. There are also several Noida Authority allotted parks outside located in the various blocks of Sector 33. For meditation and mental well being, there is an ISCON centre, an Arya Samaj Mandir and a Brahmakumari Centre nearby. Festivals here are celebrated with much enthusiasm here.
