Constructed by Neelkanth Awas Samity, the developers have made sure to leave their stamp on this Sector 62 housing Society called Neelkanth Apartments. We are not sure about any divine presence here (Neelkanth, the other name of Lord Shiva), but those living in the 64 flats spread over four towers often complain about excessive sound pollution, the complex being right on the main road. Certainly needs divine intervention.
The road outside the complex is frequented by shared autos, but then there is also a bus stand right behind this Society.
Well maintained infrastructure and green space directs towards the maintenance staff. Yes, the Society has readily available maintenance staff.
The shops in the Sector 62 B Block market are more than enough to meet your daily needs; for everything else you have the TOT Mall - a place to see and be seen at - just a walk away.
After a long day at work, residents here don\'t have the unsavoury task of looking for a parking spot. There is enough slots for everyone. But for visitors - well, would you mind leaving your cars outside, please?
The towers in the Society are earthquake resistant and though earthquakes are not everyday affair, it definitely buys you mental peace. With 24-hour security presence, the two gates to the Society are manned by guards. The Society\'s limited power backup is largely used for common areas.
Kids can certainly play at the small park inside the housing complex, but adults may find it inadequate for a long walk or jog. The paths inside the Society are well maintained
