Electricians, plumbers, gardeners and the entire range of maintenance workforce is available in the Society. Dynamic 11 member squad controls the RWA. One office bearer stays in the RWA office to assist residents from 8 am to 7 pm.

Though there are small shops around, residents prefer to drive a bit to the Central Market for all basic day to day needs.

The ground level is a no-parking zone. Instead, a multi level cellar parking space is provided.

Delhi NCR being a part of the seismic zone, it is important for buildings to be earthquake resistant. Which is why, the entire housing complex is made earthquake proof. Fire, the other hazard, can be dealt with the latest fire fighting system inhouse. Besides, 18 security guards and 2 armed men are on duty day and night. Centralised security with CCTV and intercom facility secures the campus further.
