This Society is very unique because of the striking design of the entry gate with water flowing out of its artificial falls on either side of the gate. Go inside and you will get to see interesting sculptures/artworks of peacocks and other birds. After all, it is designed by internationally renowned architect Hafeez Contractor. The area around the Society (an enormous 25 acres), however, is not fully developed. It has 7 towers and 170 flats. With flooring made of imported marble, the developer has paid attention to fine details while building it up. Interestingly, the Society also manages a play school complete with innovative rides, called The Manthan.
Autos are available right outside the Society. It is very close to Sector 71 Chowk from where you can get shared autos. It is also near to Sector 49 bus stand, just 3.1 km away. Noida City Centre Metro station is 8.2 km away and the Golf Course is 9.2 km away. As you can see, commuting is hardly a problem here.
Maintenance and repair is indispensable for beautifully designed hi-rise apartments. In order to maintain the overall aesthetics electricians, plumbers, garbage collector and gardener, etc., are available inside the complex.
The Society has its own market immediately outside the complex. Besides, the Barola market is 2.6 km away. If you have bigger things to purchase, Noida Sector 18 Atta market is just 7 km away. Shopping, again, is not an issue here
There is ample parking space inside the colony. But visitors are required to park their vehicles outside.
There are two gates to the complex - one for entry and one for exit. A register is maintained at the entrance for all visitors. There are 10 security staff plus 2 gunman available day and night for your safety inside the complex
Inside the Society, there is a beautiful well maintained park with a play area for kids. One can also go to the Yamaha Vihar Park which is 2.6 km away. There are also facilities like tennis courts, swimming pool, community club, gym, wifi connectivity, intercom as well as golf carts to ferry residents and visitors within the complex.
