he Society has all the necessary Services related to maintenance such as waste collection, electricians and plumbers, swimming pool, club house etc are available.. Monthly maintenance charge is paid by residents to avail all the services.

Apart from 2 general store shops nearby the premises, there is not much market around the society. The residents need to take cab or drive a little over 5 kms if they want to buy any other important essentials. Grand Venice mall and Ansal Plaza are the nearest shopping option in the vicinity.

Residents get an Open Parking which is convenient, with slots available right in front of their flats.

The Society has a reception area right at the entrance. Guests and service staff have to enter the details in register along with entry and exit timing. There are 8 guards in total - four during the day and four at night. The entrance gate is also secured with help of 2 CCTV cameras that records everything what goes unnoticed by the human eye.

The Society has one moderately maintained park in addition to a number of green patches around the compound. Just outside the society is another Park surrounding maintained by Greater Noida Authority.
