Radhika Apartment in Sector 14 Pocket 1, is a residential pocket developed by Delhi Development Authority (DDA). There are a total of 976 one-bedroom flats distributed in 61 blocks with an area of 420 sqft each. The Society was developed in the late 90s and allotted and allotment was started in 2000. The Society is a milieu of people from all religions living together in harmony and celebrating all festivals as a unit. President of the RWA of Society, SS Chowhan says, “Our Society is a small village where people live share a bond of love.”
The Sector 14 Metro station is just 100m away from the Society. Besides Metro, people can approach the Society by availing auto from Sector 14, 10, 6 and the Sector 12 market. The Society also enjoys good connectivity with public transport buses. Bus Route No RL-75 starts from Sector 14 Metro Station. Bus routes such as 764, 781 and West Mudrika can drop one near the Society.
A monthly maintenance charge of Rs 100 takes care of common area cleanliness and upkeep of the Society.
There is a mall near Sector 14 Metro station and the markets at Ashirvad Chowk at a distance of about two kilometres. Besides that, there are four shops inside the Society from where residents can avail their daily necessities. On Sunday, a weekly vegetable market caters to the needs of residents.

DDA’s temporary play area in front of the Society is used by kids to play football, cricket and volleyball. Many recreational equipment like swings, slides and other such things for children are also available in the Society parks.
