The RWA office with a strength of nine heads takes care of the maintenance duties of the compound. A monthly maintenance charge of Rs 1.63 /sqft levied from the residents for expenses incurred on upkeep of the compound. The RWA arranges for on-call services of plumbers, electricians, etc.

Jaipuria Mall and Shipra mall are the nearest go-to spots for shopping. Neighbourhood markets which crop up at dusk provide vegetables and other commodities of daily need.

The Society has provision for both ground level and basement parking with parking slots allotted exclusively for residents.

The society complex is secured round-the-clock by CCTV cameras. 35 guards at day and 25 at night ensure a safe society.
