Skylark Apartments is a Cooperative Group Housing Society (CGHS) located in the heart of the sub-city in Sector 6. The Society is known for its management and unique infrastructure. Skylark is one of the biggest societies in Dwarka, with more than 200 flats of various configurations. Skylark Apartments is located along the prominent Master Plan Road No 202. The nearest Metro station to the Society is in Sector 10. Bus Route Numbers RL 75 and RL77 ply through the main road in front of the Society. Buses on the Gurgaon- Uttam Nagar route pass by the Society as well. All buses pass through the intersection of sectors 6/7/9/10, from where one can simply walk down to reach the Society.
A monthly maintenance charge of Rs 1,750 takes care of overall cleanliness of the Society and electrician and plumber services.
Markets of Sector 6 and 10 are the nearest go-to choices for daily needs. Ramphal Chowk market and Reliance mall are the other options in the vicinity.
There is free parking space for about 300 cars inside the Society - both underground and open. There are 10-12 parking slots for guests as well.
The Society has 33 CCTV cameras and 10 security guards on round the clock vigil.
The Society has four parks in its premises. The big central park is equipped with swings, slides and roundabouts. Recreational activities are organised in the Society community hall. Ample open space inside its premises makes it ideal for walking. "We are planning to develop a library here,” says Rajesh Arora, Secretary of the Society.
