The RWA office with a strength of nine heads takes care of the maintenance duties of the compound. A monthly maintenance charge of Rs 1.50/sqft levied from the residents for expenses incurred on upkeep of the compound. The RWA arranges for on-call services of plumbers, electricians, etc.
