A central park surrounded by rows of 52 houses, Judges Enclave gives the impression of a typical kothiwala RWA. Abuzz with lots of activity, be it the squeak of restless squirrels or the little learners on their teensy bikes, the locality offers an abode amidst nature, far from the hustle-bustle of the city.
One might wonder what judges have to do with the residential complex. Before you play bonkers with your imagination, make sure not all the 52 houses belong to judges. Only a few of the houses of the enclave belong to eminent judges and hence the name.
The residential plots ranging from 150 to 220 sqmt offer a life amidst calm and serene neighborhood, away from the fixities of apartment living, with sufficient amenities.
Getting around isn't a big deal as the Society is located just a couple of hundred meters away from the Mall Road. Till a time when the khands get their own Metro stations, buses passing by stops across Indirapuram cater to the commuting needs of the residents. Shanti Gopal Hospital stop at Ahinsa Khand II serves as the nearest bus link to the Judges Enclave.
One person of each household is entitled to membership of the RWA. A monthly maintenance charge of Rs 500 takes care of the cost of upkeep of parks, gardens, and other maintenance activities of the compound.
A little over 2 km from the enclave is Jaipuria Mall all loaded with shopping plazas, eateries, multiplexes and stores of several uptown brands. Neighbourhood market which crops up at dusk everyday provides vegetables and other household needs.
Personal garages and plots take care of most of the parking needs of the residents while visitors can find a slot for their vehicles for a short while.
Security of the compound might be an issue for now as the Society lacks in proper security arrangement. However, plans are afoot for installation of CCTV cameras and deployment of guards.
The park at the centre of the compound is complete with gardens, park benches and amusement structures for kids. It also has sufficient open space to host games and group gossip sessions. The Resident Welfare Association (RWA) hosts and organises functions, jagrans and fests all year long.
