RWA office with a staff strength of eight heads is responsible for the maintenance of the compound. It charges each resident Rs 1.35/sqft every month for its services. Besides, it arranges for on-call services of plumbers, electricians, etc.

Shops inside the Society are adequate to meet daily needs of residents. But for the high-end purchases one needs to visit Jaipuria Sunrise Plaza Mall which is a few km away from the Society.

There are both basement and ground level parking available to the residents.

The Society complex is secured by round-the-clock surveillance of CCTV cameras installed at strategic locations and seven guards and two gunmen working in shifts divided among them.
