NPSC Society is a Cooperative Group Housing Society formed by a group of teachers. Spread over an area of 3.7 acres, the Society has a total of 203 flats of 3 BHK configuration. On the formation of the cooperative group, president of the Society, Lalit Bhatt, says, “The group of teachers who formed the Society was mainly from Guru Harkishan Public School. The complex was registered as “National Progressive School Centre (NPSC). As the name suggests, our Society is progressive in nature. We believe in equality and social harmony." The Society was formed in the early eighties and the apartments were ready by 2004. The allotment began in 2004 and possessions were given in 2005. Half of the people in the Society are from teaching field.
The flats of the Society are of 109 sqm. Each flat has five balconies that lend an airy feel to the apartments. With a well-maintained central park dotted with ornamental plants, the Society has a big parking space for cars. Each flat has been given two parking spaces. There are 20 underground parking spots as well. Visitors’ parking is also available. The Society has a big community hall and two guest rooms. As for other facilities, the complex has walkways, playgrounds, and indoor game zones, badminton court and a big podium for recreational activities. “We are a good example of 'unity in diversity'. We love each other and respect each other’s religious aspect. We celebrate all festivals of all religion and that is our cultural beauty,” echo residents.
The Society lies along Master Plan Roads 201 and Dabri-Dwarka. Many bus routes like 721, 803, 850, 764, 791, RL 75, RL 79, RL 77, 764, West Mudrika 768, 761 ply through the Society. The nearest bus stand is just in the front of the Society. The nearest Metro stations are at Sectors 9, 10 and 11. From Sectors 9 and 10, RTVs and autos can take you to the Society.
The monthly maintenance charge of Rs 2,500 and 3,500 per month takes care of security, common area lighting, etc. Residents are also a hands-on lot and carry out routine cleaning and plantation drives.
Sector 2 is the nearest market to the Society. Ramphal Chowk and Sector 6 and Sector 10 markets are within 2 km.

The security system of the Society consists of 33 CCTV cameras and 8 guards. Police verification is mandatory for new tenants, maids, and other people who work in the Society. A register maintains the entry and exit of visitors.
The Society has one main centrally located park. The lush green park is adorned with decorated hedges and benches. The area outside the park is a playground with swings, slides, see-saws for children. Free yoga classes are organised in the big community hall.
