Small is priceless, believe the residents of one of Dwarka's smallest residential societies, Anmol Apartments. What was constructed in 2003 as Bhagwan Sri Gomteshwarji CGHS is today a close-knit society of 51 families, known in the housing community as Anmol Apartments. Anil Sharma, president of the society, says, "The best part about being a small society is the camaraderie that exists among residents. Here, people from different regions, castes and religions live together in harmony. All the families know each other, which makes us one of the tightest-knit groups in Dwarka."
The society covers an area of 4,000 sqm and has 51 flats, which include 3 BHKs of 1,360 sqft each and 4 BHKs of 1,824 sqft each. There are two towers with eight floors each. It was first conceptualised in 1985 by a group of people from Karnataka, with possession starting in 2004.
