On the formation of the Cooperative Group and the significance of the founder members, President of the Society, KN Yadav says, “The Society is a CGHS( Cooperative Group Housing Society) for which the group was formed basically by the people from ‘Yadav’ Community. They were the residents of Madipur Village. Earlier this group was to get a plot at Pashchim Vihar but due to lack of funds it got delayed and after re-apply for the land, DDA allotted the plot in Dwarka. The Society has been developed on a land of an area 5 acre and it has 207 flats.”
