A residential housing Society of Noida Development Authority, Sector 135 RWA is still under development. This residential Society has a total of 350 housing units that cover an area of 180 sqm. There are three parks and an enormous open space within. Schools, hospitals, markets and petrol pumps are also in the neighbourhood.
The main road that runs along the Society links it to Noida-Greater Noida Link Road. One can take shared autos and taxis from the adjacent Link Road to travel to different locations.
The RWA body comprising four executive members and six office bearers is responsible for upkeep of the Sector. A monthly maintenance charge of Rs 200 levied from the residents go towards upkeep of parks and gardens, repair of roads falling within the sector, water supply and collection of power bills, garbage disposal, and so on. Besides, residents can avail on-call services of plumbers, carpenters and domestic help.
The nearby Wazid Village market in Sector 135 cater to the daily needs of grocery and other household items of the residents. Besides, there are Great India Place and Atta Market which are the preferred shopping destinations for big spenders.
Personal garages and plots are there for parking. Visitors can also find a slot for their vehicles.
Though secured by CCTV surveillance installed at key points, the Society has yet to develop a fool-proof security arrangement.
The Society has three big parks developed by Noida Authority that comprise a playground, a park and a common garden where one can enjoy leisurely walk.
