A residential housing society of Noida Development Authority, RWA Block C, Sector 34, has a wide range of plots with lots of open space. The block has 56 houses ranging from 312 sqm to 334 sqm. The Society has well maintained parks and a spacious community centre. There are schools, hospitals, markets and petrol pumps in the neighborhood.

While cycle rickshaws are there to ferry people for short distances within the sector, autos can be hired right outside the compound and tempos from the main road for inter-sector transport. Noida City Centre Metro station is just a stone’s throw away and connects residents to the rest of the city as well as Delhi NCR.

The RWA office with strength of 10 members is responsible for the upkeep of the compound for which a monthly maintenance charge of Rs 1,000 is levied from each resident.

Jasmine Market nearby in Sector 34 offers a good shopping option to the residents. The B-12 market is also well stocked with groceries and other household items, ATMs, etc. Sector 34 also has a unique 'Shukr Bazaar' which crops up on the roadside on Fridays.

Parking facility inside the Society is available on site only for residents while visitors and shoppers can park their vehicles outside the compound.

Security is taken care of by CCTV cameras and four guards who work in shifts.

RWA Block C has two children’s play areas cum parks at the centre of the compound, but lacks a proper garden. However, Sector 34 has a huge space allotted for gardens and parks some of which are pretty well maintained. While national days like Independence Day and Republic Day are celebrated here with gusto in the compound, religious festivals don't find too many takers. There is a humble library maintained by the manager of the compound.
