Another housing project by the Noida Development Authority (NDA), Shatabdi Vihar Apartment complex is a cosy and understated housing complex located in Block E of Sector 52. Being an NDA developed project, it wears a comparatively simple look, lacking the sophistication some of the private housing projects in Noida have. What the Society lacks in class, however, it makes up for with the infectious and indomitable spirit of its residents. Rickshaws tend to be the main mode of transit within the Sector, while auto rickshaws for hire are available outside the Society premises. Share tempos plying on the main road nearby connect the residents to Noida City Centre Metro station.

The market area of Sector 52 is just a stone's throw away and houses useful amenities such as banks, clinics, dairy stores, etc. Shopprix mall in Sector 61 and Central market in Sector 50 provide the residents with a plethora of options for shopping and recreation.
Parking facilities for 2 vehicles are available for each residence within the Society premises while visitors and guests can park their vehicles right outside the compound.
Security is taken care of by a grid of CCTV cameras, 4 guards and 2 gunmen who work in divided shifts.
What Shatabdi Vihar lacks in open space and well maintained gardens, it makes up with planned walking lanes and 2 parks for kids. The absence of proper community hall or clubhouse does not deter celebrations. Diwali, Dussehra, Navratri or even jagrans are celebrated in grand fashion.
