Situated on the Noida Expressway, RWA sector 122 is a residential housing area developed by Noida Development Authority. It's a planned state-of-art Sector carved into four blocks A, B, C and D, with around 725 houses in all. Block A has 200 houses ranging from 250-300 sqm, block B has 225 houses ranging from 200-300 sqm, block C has 250 houses ranging from 250-350 sqm and block D has 50 houses ranging from 100-250 sqm. The Sector is clean and quiet because of the surrounding greens. With well-maintained parks and a big community hall, the Sector has all facilities such as schools, hospitals, markets and petrol pumps in the neighborhood.
The Sector has locational advantages as it is flanked by the Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) road on the side. For local commute, one can take an auto rickshaw from inside the Sector. A Metro line is planned to pass around the Sector. Noida City Centre is the nearest Metro station - that's about 7 kilometres away.
The maintenance of the Sector is taken care of by RWA committee. Finding an electrician, a plumber or a gardener is never an issue here.
The Sector has a few small grocery shops inside and that includes outlets of Safal and Mother Dairy. Residents often flock to Shopprix mall in Sector 61 to shop or to chill.
There is enough space for residents to park inside the Sector with most residents parking their vehicles right in front of their houses.
The Sector is secured by 2 CCTV cameras and 6 guards who patrol the area in shifts.
NDA has provided quite a few parks and playgrounds inside the Sector that also has a community centre for celebrations and get-togethers.
