No doubt, Sector 99 is full of promise, but right now this upcoming Sector on the Dadri and Yamuna Expressway Link road (or at least a major part of the Sector) is under a thick blanket of dust thanks to the villas and housing societies under construction. The Sector is divided into four blocks – A, B, C and D and has seventy 125-300 sqm independent houses. Despite the din and the dust, some of these blocks have managed to retain a quiet ambience.
If you live in this Sector, chances are you have your own transport, be it a car or be it a two wheeler. No organised local transport is available near and around the Sector as of now. Take a private auto or call a cab to travel to the nearest bus stand or the Metro station.
The maintenance team is yet to be formed as the Society is under construction.
Residents travel all the way to the nearest Sector 82 market for basic shopping.
Residents park in front of their housing blocks or in the porches of their houses.
The Sector is under the surveillance of private security guards.
The Sector has a park that’s still under development. So, no dedicated green patch for the residents as of now.
