A combination of under construction independent residences and upcoming highrise housing, Sector 70 in Noida is yet to develop fully. But thanks to its connectivity to Noida's green belt, the Sector, realty pundits predict, is likely to draw people in hordes. So far it has 125 lavish independent residences largely on plots ranging from 110-250 sqm. With schools like the well known Sapphire International School and Global Indian International School, families with kids find this Sector convenient. Besides, facilities like hospitals, Metro stations and market complexes are all within a 6-7 km radius. That works fine for its citizens.
The Sector is still under construction. Therefore, residents mostly rely on private cars, autos and taxis. City Centre Metro station is the nearest Metro hub, but to reach there, residents need to hire an auto.
The Sector has managed to form its own RWA that looks after the welfare of the residents.
Though there are no markets within the area, residents visit the ones in the neighbouring sectors or to GIP mall for fancier needs.
The independent houses have lavish parking spaces in front of their residences. An open parking area has also been allotted to residents by the RWA.
CCTVs and security guards do keep vigil, but not being fully developed, guards are less in number than actually required.
A large chunk of land has been allotted for green space in the Sector. It is full of green foliage and has a designated children play area.
