If you are single or just married, Shri Sai Apartments in Sector 71 might just be handy for you to live in. After all, it is one of the few societies in Noida that offer only 1 BHK flats. However, there is no dearth of open spaces (six manicured parks and recreation areas) inside the 6-acre apartment complex that has 368 flats spread out across 46 blocks. The Society was opened for residency in 2005.
Rickshaws are the most convenient mode for local commutes. However, you may have to wait a bit to catch one from outside the Society gates. But then residents also have easy access to autos, cabs and buses from the Sector 71 Chowk. City Centre is the closest Metro station.
Electricians, plumbers and other necessary maintenance staff are readily available and managed by the Society RWA. That all of them do a good job is evident as you cast your eyes around the neat and tidy complex.
The Society has a Mother Dairy outlet and a grocery shop inside the compound. Shopprix Mall is just 2 km away and the local Saturday market is where residents get most of their fruits and vegetables from.
There is open parking available for two and four-wheelers in separate spaces.
Shri Sai has 12 CCTV cameras and six guards to take care of security.
The Society has a blanket of greenery, with six sculpted parks and recreation areas. A pretty triangular park near the Society has swings and other play tools for kids.
