The RWA body is made up of four executive members and six office bearers and a monthly maintenance charge of Rs 200 paid by the residents comes with services like upkeep of parks and gardens, repair of roads within the Sector, proper water supply, collection of power bills, garbage disposal and other maintenance activities. Residents can avail on-call services for plumbers, chemists, carpenters and domestic help. The RWA committee also organises camps and workshops on issues like registration of voter ID, Aadhar and ration cards.

For daily grocery shopping and other day to day needs one can go to the Sarfabad village market in Sector 73. The Great India Place and Atta market are the preferred locations for big spenders.

Personal garages and plots - that\'s what you have for parking. Visitors can also find a slot for their vehicles for a short while.

Although enabled with CCTV cameras around the Sector, security arrangement of the Society is yet to witness its full potential.

The Society has four big authority developed parks comprising of a playground, a park and a common garden where one can enjoy leisurely walks.
