The maintenance of the Society is taken care of by the maintenance body of Eldeco Utopia Apartments. Waste and garbage is disposed daily.

The Studio, a smaller sibling of Utopia from the Eldeco group, stands right round the corner and is a commercial cum residential complex. It houses stores like Easy Day supermarket and Gopala baker cum dairy. The Studio also shares the compound with Southern Flavours, an eatery which flaunts a menu of fast South-Indian delicacies. Utopians can also visit the market area of Sector 110 and Bhangel to avail more varied purchases.

Both outdoor and basement parking facility is available on site for residents; visitors and shoppers can park their vehicles right outside the compound.

Security is taken care of by CCTV cameras, 65 guards and 5 gunmen. That's a big number for sure, but then bigger the area of a Society, bigger the requirements.

Eldeco Utopia is all about parks, gardens and sports (indoor/outdoor). With tons of recreation options, residents can sweat it out on the badminton, lawn tennis or volleyball courts. The compound also has a large swimming pool and a lavish clubhouse, equipped with TT and snooker tables. One can also get a heart's fill of open space and greenery at the king size City Park a few kilometres away from the compound.
