The Society has a base of virtuous and diligent support staff to serve its residents. For upkeep of common areas and for repair needs of the residents, there are suitable number of service guys.

The Society has a small grocery store inside the complex, which is well stocked with all the daily necessities. In case of high end purchases and a mall environment, one can also go to Central Market in Sector 50, around 1 km away from the housing complex.

This is one of the few apartment complexes where visitors are allowed to park their cars right inside the complex. Of course, residents enjoy dedicated parking slots.

With earthquake and tremors pretty regular in Delhi NCR, the towers in the Society have been constructed on a earthquake resistant RCC frame. Presence of a ramp system has ensured that the differently-abled have smooth access everywhere. Twenty four hour security and intercom facilities ensure a good night\'s sleep.

The fairly large park boasts of an acupressure walking track with rides and swings at its centre. The Society also has a swimming pool and a gym. Not just that, badminton and tennis courts are other facilities to keep residents fit and sporty.
