The maintenance team takes care of the upkeep of the Society for a nominal charge. The team consists of an electrician and plumber.

The housing complex does not have a market of its own. Instead, the market at Prateek Walk, a short distance from the complex, serves as the go-to market for all daily necessities. The shopping, entertainment and recreation hub of Sector 18 is just 10 minutes away from the Society.

The Society has an accommodating basement parking facility with enough space for all residents to park. Thanks to the capacious basement, the pathways inside the campus look neat and extra-wide in the absence of parked cars.

The Security team consists of 24 guards working round the clock for safety of the residents. Two gunmen patrol the Society at nights for added safety. Strategically placed CCTV cameras ensure efficient surveillance across the Society.

The Society has a collection of parks, lawns and walking tracks. Apart from the jogging park enclosing the playground for children, the Society boasts of a progressive acupressure walking track! It also has amenities like badminton, basketball and tennis courts, a swimming pool and a gym for the health conscious. With its rather unique design, the club house has top-of-the-line facilities like a sauna, Jacuzzi and TT room.
