The maintenance office is open from 10 am to 11 am every day. An efficient team comprising of garbage collectors and electricians is available on call.

The B-9 and B-12 markets nearby serve as the neighbourhood favourite for daily needs like milk, groceries, ATMs, etc. The traditional Friday market of Sector 34 is a popular haunt of the residents, with a variety of farm-fresh fruits and vegetables being sold at reasonable prices every week. The nearest mall is Shopprix mall about 2 kilometres away.

Residents can park in the open ground inside the premises. Visitor parking is not allowed within the compound.

The Society is guarded by a team of three security guards.

Apart from the park inside the compound, a larger, much well-maintained park is right outside the premises. Noida Development Authority maintains the park with manicured lawns and shrubs. The nearby community centre serves as a setting for celebrations and festivities for residents. A booking time of 3 months is required to book the spot for events/programs.
