Carved out of Sarfabad village, the Sector where Adarsh Dham Apartment is located offers a semi-urban impression but because it is on the Noida Link road with various educational institutes, markets/malls and hospitals close by, the flats in Adarsh Dham are much sought after, mostly by bachelors and BPO employees. There is only one tower here with a total of 20 2 BHK flats. If you are looking for a home with reasonable rent, expect a good deal here. Home makers would be delighted given there is a Subzi Mandi just 100 meter away from the complex offering straight-from-farm vegetables and fruits.
Adarsh Dham is located only a few hundred metres from the Noida Greater Noida Link Road, the lifeline of this part of the city. This road sees a ceaseless rush of rickshaws, autos and shared tempos to Noida City Centre, Mamura Chowk and other places all over Noida. Won\'t be long before this region also gets its own Metro station.
The maintenance duties of the apartments are taken care of by the builder for a monthly charge of Rs 100. At least till the time an organised RWA is formed.
Grocery and other household stuff can be availed at Sarfabad village market in Sector 73 while fancy and luxury items can be sourced from the GIP mall in Sector 38.

Security is an issue for now. There are no gates and no guards, but there are plans for a comprehensive security arrangements to be implemented soon.
