This Society is located at a very prime location of Noida and it is developed by the Noida Development Authority. To make things even better, this is also the residential sector of NP Singh, the President of Federation of Noida Residential Welfare Association (FONRWA). Walk past the gates and you will be greeted with lush greenery all around. The RWA here presides over 4 blocks that has a total of 118 (approx.) houses ranging from 250 sqm to 340 sqm. With four well maintained parks along with a large community hall, this neighbourhood also has a couple of schools, hospitals and shopping malls nearby. Pretty decent place for a home, really.
With Noida City Centre Metro station just a kilometre away, who needs to worry about transport. Besides, the Sector 37 bus stop connects residents to the Expressway, DND, and so on. Oh, there are also those battery powered tuk-tuks and auto rickshaws for short distance commutes.
The maintenance of the Society is taken care of by the RWA committee. Electrician, plumber, gardener, etc., are available on call. Civil maintenance pertaining to roads, street lights, parks, garbage, etc. within the compound are taken care of by the Noida Authority.
The Sector 34 market is right behind the Society. This is where residents buy their essentials from and savour chaats and momos in the evening. Banks such as ICICI and HDFC and several ATMs are present too. In short, a self-sufficient colony with everything available. Just in case you don\'t find something you require, don\'t forget the Spice mall, the GIP mall and the Atta market in Sector 18.
Residents park their vehicles right in front of their houses on the road side. There is enough space for that.
Rest easy as the Society gates are secured round the clock by CCTV cameras and 5 guards.
There are 4 parks inside the Society, provided by the Noida Development Authority. The community centre is where residents hold their special personal and public functions.
