SpideyManage Private Limited/Steve Medius Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as, “ we” or “ us” or “ our”) respect the privacy of our users (hereinafter referred to as,“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you visit our website SpideyManage.com and our mobile application, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “ Site”). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the site. If you continue to our site, you have agreed to the following policy.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “ Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Site, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification.

You are advised/encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.

This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which information collected from the users or provided by the users is processed by us.

COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Site includes: Information that may be collected by us and/or Information that you give us. You provide us information about yourself when you register with or use SpideyManage. This include your name, postal address, email address, phone number(s), username, password, photographs that you may upload, your account information related to web tools (e.g. automation tools, messaging apps) that you may utilise, time zone, demographic information, information related to your occupation (e.g. company, title, office location), information related to your vehicle, documentations if you upload to the vault and information related to visitors to your place (e.g. name of visitor, vehicle, photograph, purpose of visit, address, phone number and arrival and departure times). We also collect similar information about the servant/maid/driver/others whom you employ to provide them access at the gate. If you correspond with us via email, chat, Website form submission, in writing, or by telephone, we may retain the content of those communications and our responses, as well as your email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number. In addition, you may provide information about yourself by filling out forms or by completing surveys created by us or information that your Society/RWA requires from you.

Derivative Data

Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site. If you are using our mobile application, this information may also include your device name and type, your operating system, your phone number, your country, your likes and replies to a post, and other interactions with the application and other users via server log files, as well as any other information you choose to provide.

Data from Social Networks

User information from social networking sites, such as Apple ’s Game Center, Facebook, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, including your name, your social network username, location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, and public data for contacts, if you connect your account to such social networks. If you are using our mobile application, this information may also include the contact information of anyone you invite to use and/or join our mobile application.

Third-Party Data

Information from third parties, such as personal information or network friends, if you connect your account to the third party and grant the Site permission to access this information.

Data from Contests, Giveaways, and Surveys

Personal and other information you may provide when entering contests or giveaways and/or responding to surveys.

Mobile Application Information If you connect using our mobile application:

• Geo-Location Information. We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device ’s settings.
• Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device ’s bluetooth, calendar, camera, contacts, microphone, reminders, sensors, SMS messages, social media accounts, storage, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device ’s settings.
• Mobile Device Data. We may collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, version information and IP address.
• Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device ’s settings.

INFORMATION RECEIVED, COLLECTED AND STORED BY THE COMPANY

We collect and process some or all the following type of information in the course of you using our Services. The type of information we collect will depend on the circumstances and the Service you are using. (a) Information Shared with Group Companies and Affiliates

The Company may share Information with its employees, agents, officers, group companies, the employees, agents and officers of such group companies and our affiliates (including affiliated websites under common ownership or control) for the purpose of processing Information on its behalf.

1. The Company may share with other third parties Information about our Website users, such as your use of the Website or other websites, and the Services provided on the Website or other websites, but only on an anonymous and aggregate basis to help us develop content, services, and advertising that we hope you will find of interest. Some of our online services carry embedded content controlled by third parties for services such as social sharing, recommended stories, commenting/reviewing, and displaying video or images. When you interact with these services, they may collect information from and about you and your interaction with their content. This activity will be subject to the Privacy Policy of and your settings for your chosen network. Please be aware that they may track your activity, using cookies or similar technology, without you needing to interact with them. If this concerns you, ensure you log out of their services before using ours.

Further, we use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit or use the Website or Services. These companies may use Information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits or use to website, mobile application or services, in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

We may also share the same Information with the social media service provider. 1. The Website/App Service may include links to other websites or applications. Such websites or applications are governed by their respective privacy policies, which are beyond our control. 2. Any personally identifiable Information provided by you will not be considered as sensitive if it is freely available and/or accessible in the public domain like any comments, messages, blogs, scribbles available on social platforms like Facebook, Twitter etc.
3. Anything posted/uploaded/conveyed/communicated by users in the websites/apps/services becomes published content and is not considered personally identifiable information subject to this Privacy Policy.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
